Timothy Shawn Woodcock

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Timothy Shawn Woodcock on March 27, 2025 in Boiestown, NB. Tim was born on January 28, 1962 in Stanley, NB to Bertha (Munn) Woodcock and the late Elwood Woodcock.

He is survived by his daughters, Jenna (Joey) and Kourtney; grandchildren, Essence, Maddox, Caydence, Joey Jr., Matthew and Alyssa; siblings, Terry (Mary), Kevin (Donna), Joy (Steve); partner of almost 20 years, Faith; dear neighbour, Judy Groves; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Tim was a woods worker for many years and was well known for his amazing carpentry skills. He was a major jokester who loved to torment. His presence and smile could light up any room. His love knew no bounds when it came to those he loved. His smile shinned brightest when spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Tim was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, who will be dearly missed. Timmy is reunited with his father Elwood; brothers, Gregory and Kenny; sister, Sharon and beloved grandmother, Pearl.

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Monday, March 31, 2025 from 12-2 pm; followed by a Funeral Service at 2 pm with Pastor Craig Woodcock officiating. The service will also be available at www.yorkfh.com (Link at top of the obituary). Honorary Pallbearers for the service will be Kevin, Terry, Joey, Maddox, Matthew and Jeffrey. Interment will take place in the Nashwaak Bridge Community Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
