Dear Bertha and entire Woodcock family: It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Timmy. I had left the Portage by the time he came along, so never did get to know him, , but from all the comments he was an outstanding man who touched many people and died much too young. Bertha, we can relate on a personal level to your sense of loss having lost a son last year at age 56. The Woodcock and Bruce families share a special bond going back to 1889 with a brother and sister Woodcock (Jim and Fannie) marrying a brother and sister Bruce (Jim and Elizaneth) making their offspring double first cousins. Timmy and I share the same Great Great Grandparentsw Charles and Jane Bruce making us third cousins. RIP dear cousin. Our thoughts will be with the family during this sad time.
