Goodwin, Linda Jean

 

The passing of Linda Jean Goodwin of Fredericton, NB, occurred on March 26, 2025 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on December 2, 1951 in Canso, NS, she was the daughter of the late Blanche Snow and step-father Dave Horton. Jean work as a homecare worker most of her life. She loved to do puzzles and diamond art. She was an amazing cook and loved to bake.

 

Jean is survived by her common-law partner, Louis Whalen; sons, Bob Goodwin (Jen), Michael Goodwin (Jessica), and Tommy Goodwin (Tracie), all of Fredericton; grandchildren, Kyla, Riley (Izzy), Lucas, Daniel, Michaela, Michael, Arianna, Jordyn, Joshua, Sam and Brody; great-grandchildren, Kashden, Teagan, Sylvia, and Rees; and special aunt, Sophie.
 

As per Jean’s wishes, there will be no services. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
