im deeply saddened by the passing of my grandmother, but I never really called her grandma. I always called her Nan or Nana and she will always be that to me. I am never gonna forget the memories I have with her and have spent with her, im always going to remember the little things and big memories i shared with her such as when my mom and dad would always drive me to see Nan we always see about always lots of deers, how she got my papa to always take my siblings and me in the golf cart to the park. she would always give me better scotch ice cream. She would always get me dinosaur chicken nuggets. There’s so many memories. I’m always gonna remember her. I love my Nan forever and I always cherish. I remember I had with her. I love you, Nana. I know that you’re now in a better place. Thank you for all the memories you have given me

My condolences to the family. Barb was always the life of the party at Coral Park. She loved playing horseshoes and going to the dances. Barbie May you fly high with Mae and Bruce. Love and hugs to you all.

I will forever be deeply sorry at the fact I never got to say goodbye to my grandmother, as she is and will forever be my bestfriend. My grandmother had such a big life, and during her time here with us she touched so many people. That it’s really hard to know where to start. However, I know I want to take the time to talk about my grandmother ,and what she ment to me. So we have to start with Barbie. At a young age my grandmother convinced me she was a real life Barbie doll, and now when I look at it my grandmother was more like Barbie, then Barbie as there wasn’t a single thing she couldn’t do. My happiest memories were always made with my grandmother, and I’ll miss spending the summer with her, having late night conversations on the phone, and most of all I’ll miss her support. I will always love you Nan forever and always <3

My sincere condolences. Barbara was my first cousin. I am Irvine McKay's daughter. I was surprised to see that she was living in Fredericton now. I heard that she was back in NB from Toronto but just assumed she was in Boiestown. I spent part of a summer in Toronto in 1965 with my Aunt Addie and Barbara was staying there and working with Aunt Addie and Uncle Bill at the time. She had a very hearty laugh and took great pleasure in teasing me. Teasing and tormenting is a strong family trait. My father Irvine and brother Gordon mastered it well. It was a very memorable summer for me and Barbara was a large part of that memory. She was full of life and enjoyed having a good time. I wish I had known that she was so close so we could have connected again. My heartfelt sorrow for the loss of your partner, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. May she rest in peace.
