Dear Jennifer, Michael and Malcolm,
We are shocked to have just learned of your mother's passing and we are very sorry to hear this. She was a great neighbour for many years and she was always ready to have a chat on the sidewalk while walking with the dog.
Please accept our sincere condolences.

Jennifer, Michael and Malcolm. I had the privilege of knowing your mother when I assisted her as a Girl Guide leader in the early 1980’s. Your mother always had interesting projects and ideas to keep the Guides entertained and learning. She could sew anything. I remember 2 blue quilts she made for Michael and Malcolm in one weekend! Sincerely, Jane Hadley

My sincere condolences to Elaine’s extended family. I was fortunate to share many years of teaching with Elaine at George Street, and remember fondly her warm smile, her willingness to try new things, and her caring approach to her students. She was a wonderful teacher and colleague.

My deepest sympathy to you all. When I was a new young teacher, Elaine worked across the hall from me. She taught me many things about being a teacher and also how to crochet. Her kindness and guidance will always be remembered. My thoughts are with you all.

My deepest sympathy to the Reeve's family. I was a neighbor of Ron and Elaine At Crabbe. I always enjoyed their company and missed them dearly after selling my chalet. We had many a good laugh. Elaine was very proud of her family and their accomplishments and didn't mind telling us about them.

We are terribly shocked and saddened by this news and can’t begin to express our condolences to all of you - Jennifer, Mike, and Malcolm; as well as your families. Elaine meant a lot to me growing up, from early memories of your family visiting Grammie in cross roads to our regular trips to Fredericton to enjoy the pool or skiing at Crabbe. Elaine always made us feel at home and was so much more to me than my aunt, she truly made me feel at home and loved. I will always cherish my memories of Elaine including when we unexpectedly received a handmade quilt after the birth of Oliver. It’s memories like this that truly shows her compassion and love. I wish you all strength and comfort during this difficult time. Elaine will be missed.
